On June 7, 2024, The Most Reverend Bishop Michael F. Burbidge of Arlington, Chairman of the USCCB Committee on Pro-Life Activities and The Most Reverend Bishop Robert Barron of Winona-Rochester, Chairman of the USCCB Committee on Laity, Marriage, Family Life, and Youth, have sent a letter to the Senate in Washington, DC opposing the IVF Protection Act.
